Which photo should I choose?

Choose a clear, well-lit photograph taken close to eye level. Make sure the full face and both ears are visible, and avoid blur, heavy filters or harsh overexposure. The more detail we can see, the more faithfully the artist can draw the portrait.

Can you draw subjects other than cats and dogs?

Yes. The artwork can be based on other animals, people, vehicles or logos, provided the source image is clear enough to work from.

When will I receive my order?

Your design proof will be ready within 48 hours of purchase. Once approved, your order will ship within another 48 hours.

What if I would like changes to the portrait?

Tell us which details you would like adjusted. Revisions are included before approval, whether you want to refine the color, expression or another part of the portrait. Production begins after you approve the artwork.

Can I change the photo after the artwork has been created?

Changing the source photo after artwork has begun means the portrait must be drawn again, so an additional artwork fee may apply. Contact us and we will confirm the next step before any new work begins.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation options depend on how far the artwork has progressed. Contact us as soon as possible. If work has begun, an artwork fee may be retained in line with our refund policy.
